He gets his orders from a mysterious person called Sir (Ritesh Deshmukh). His gang consists of four members: Raja (Nani), Muthu (Krishna), Ravi (Sunny Wayne) and Madrasi Appa (Sriman). The gang has a woman-only gang of four called the "Santhosh Sisters" including Rekha (Priya Gill), Vanitha (Sree Vishnu) and Urmila (Rima Kallingal). Vajram's next assignment is a mysterious businessman, Raja Reddy (Amitabh Bachchan). A new gang, led by a woman called Radha, led by Karan Singh Rathod make some attempts to take him down. In order to save themselves from the police net, the gang decides to ask help from one of their own. When Raja finds out, he chases her to the mall, but the police stop him. He later picks up Megha from a bar. One of Raja's men, Muthu, is forced into working for Raja Reddy as an electronics engineer under his false name. Meanwhile, Ratna and Radha destroy some of Raja's properties and threaten his family.
